QUICK RESPONSE TIME: When you call us, you will usually speak to someone immediately. In the rare event this does not happen, our staff gets back to your people quickly so their questions get answered fast. We feel few online training companies place such an emphasis on quick response time.
EASY ACCESS: We keep the amount of "bells and whistles" in our courseware to a minimum. We also require very few plug-ins. As a result, your people can take our classes on almost any computer with an internet connection.
NEW COURSES: We are always adding more online classes to our library. If these classes apply to your particular license they are simply added to your existing license and you don't have to pay anything more to access them. We add new classes very fast and we also regularly update our online classes. While most online training companies do some updating to their courses, we feel we go well beyond the industry standard.
